- Monthly processing on Xero or Sage, bank reconciliations, and management accounts by the 10th.

- New companies with CIPC, annual returns, director changes and beneficial ownership filings.

The firm
We started in 2012 in a single room on Bree Street with eleven clients. Seven of them are still with us.
Most of the businesses we look after have between two and forty staff: engineering workshops, medical practices, restaurants, a few architects and one very good bakery. They want an accountant who picks up the phone and explains things in plain English or Afrikaans, not a quarterly PDF nobody reads.
We keep the client list short on purpose. Every file has a partner's name on it, and that partner signs it off.

How we take on a new client
A first conversation
Forty-five minutes, no charge. You tell us where things stand, including the parts that are behind.
A written fee
Within three working days you get a fixed monthly fee and a list of exactly what it covers.
Handover
We collect records from your previous accountant and SARS eFiling, and bring anything overdue up to date.
Monthly rhythm
Books closed by the 10th, a one-page summary in your inbox, and a call each quarter to look ahead.
